There will be a list of materials at the start of every lesson. For lessons suited to 18 - 36 months, there is an additional kickstart guide to help you setup the learning environment for your child. Our materials will aid sensory and gross motor development.

Most of the materials can be found at home or can be purchased from any stationery stores or toy stores or online. We encourage parents to refer to the list of materials before embarking on the lesson. 

No, for BOTG, your baby should not be facing the screen. Parents should be the one facing the screen to take note of the actions being done and your baby will be looking at you for guidance for the session. 

Spend some time going through the pedagogy to understand the science behind the module and the lesson before engaging your child. Have your materials prepared nearby for easy access, which makes it easier for you to manage your child during the lesson.

We understand that young children have very short attention span, and get tired easily, You can break up the lesson into small sections and come back to it when your child is ready. Our lessons are available to rewatch as many times, as long as you still have a paid subscription with us.

Our sessions are best attended between a parent and child. They are also tailored to various age groups. If you have an older child at home, he can get involved by helping you with the materials for the baby module. This also encourage bonding and builds confidence in them.

Be patient with your child as it takes time for them to get used to the lessons. You can ease them into it by showing how it is done and encourage them to participate. It might take a few tries, but you will get there!

A space of about 1 metre by 0.5 metre is sufficient for a baby, like the size of a baby playmat or a large towel. For toddlers, do check out the kickstart guide for more details on how to prepare the environment for your toddler.

Give your child some time to settle down before starting the lesson, you may need to observe which timing works best for them. There are a few reasons why your child is fussy/ crying such as tiredness, pain, hunger or discomfort, and it would be good to identify the issue before embarking on the lesson so that learning is optimal.
